Welcome to Dead Air Records, Liverpool's newest independent and family-owned record shop! We're thrilled to share our passion for music with you.

Our Story

Founded in February 2023 by Jess and Marc, Dead Air Records grew from a love of vinyl and a desire to make record collecting accessible to everyone. Our journey began at a car boot sale, where we sold our first records out of the back of our car. Thanks to the incredible support of Liverpool's vibrant music community, we've grown into the shop you see today, opening on Suffolk Street in June 2023.

What We Offer

At Dead Air Records, we pride ourselves on our carefully curated selection of vinyl. The majority of what we specialise in is second hand records, from rare finds to near-mint newer releases and lots of affordable additions to your collection. We also hand pick many new records and releases every month based on our discoveries and customer recommendations. Across all of our records there is a wide range of genres including classic albums, first pressings, and essential records across all musical styles.

We add new stock daily, ensuring a fresh and exciting record-digging experience every time you visit the store or our website.
